How it works
Pick a free Saturday or Sunday and book online. A £500 deposit locks the piano to your wedding, no one else's.
On the morning our crew position the piano in your room and it is professionally tuned on site.
The piano is yours until the last dance. Afterwards we collect it. You do nothing at all.

Hire is £999 for the day. That covers delivery, on-site tuning, a full day's hire and collection, fully insured. A £500 deposit (50%) confirms the booking and the £499 balance is invoiced 14 days before the wedding.
Everything: white-glove delivery to your venue, positioning in the room, professional tuning on site, the full day's hire, collection after your event and insurance throughout. The only thing we ever price separately is tricky access, such as stairs.
Yes. It is a genuine lacquered white baby grand, professionally tuned at your venue on the day. Any pianist can play it, yours or one you book, and it photographs beautifully even when nobody is at the keys.
Allow roughly 1.6m by 1.5m of floor space, plus room for the stool. Step-free ground-floor access is included in the price. Stairs are often possible too. Tell us about them when you book and we will quote for the extra handling.
Saturdays and Sundays, all year round. We hire to one wedding per day, so the piano that arrives at your venue is freshly polished and tuned for you alone.
You can move your booking to another available Saturday or Sunday and we will carry your deposit across, subject to availability. If you cancel, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The full details are in our refund policy.
As soon as your venue and date are confirmed. There is one piano and summer Saturdays go first. Your date is only held once the deposit is paid.
